Tojin T. Eapen, PhD
Dr. Eapen is the founder of the Center for Creative Foresight and a researcher, educator, and consultant specializing in creative thinking, bioinspired design, and innovation management. He has advised over 40 global organizations, including Google, Samsung, and Tata Group, and has taught at the University of Missouri, and the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Widely published in outlets such as the Harvard Business Review, Eapen is a co-author of Bioinspired Strategic Design and has contributed to the U.S. Technical Advisory Group for ISO 56000 innovation management standards. He holds a PhD from UNC Chapel Hill and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.
Weipeng Liu, PhD
Dr. Liu is the Chairman of GreenStar Eco Solutions Co., Ltd., a pioneer in sustainability innovation and circular economy. He leads GreenStar in developing next-generation materials and systems that reduce plastic waste and carbon emissions. He is an ISO Committee Member on biobased plastics and biodegradability.
As Director at the HIC Bio-Polymer Laboratory of Zhejiang University, he champions a research-driven approach to sustainability. He has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
Hector Ramos, PhD
Dr. Ramos is a faculty member in Educational Psychology at Texas A&M University. He has trained and coached in applied creativity and innovation for the Civil Service College (Singapore), Citibank (Indonesia), the Banking Directors Group (Dubai), teachers and school principals (Kuwait), and business directors (Mexico). He coordinates and teaches the Creative Studies Minor, including subjects such as Creative Problem Solving, Lateral Thinking/Six Thinking Hats, and Personal Creativity and Giftedness.
He is the President of the American Creativity Association.
He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a focus on Creativity, Intelligence, and Giftedness from Texas A&M University, as well as an M.S. degree in Creative Studies from SUNY, Buffalo State.
Jie Ren, PhD
Dr. Ren is a tenured professor of Information, Technology, and Operations and Director of the Master’s Program in Business Analytics at the Gabelli School of Business, Fordham University in New York City.
Dr. Ren’s research explores how digital technologies reshape human collaboration and creativity, spanning social media, the sharing economy, and generative AI.
Her work has been featured in over 20 academic journals, 10 conference proceedings, and multiple book chapters, and she is a frequent speaker at international conferences.
Dr. Ren has received numerous distinctions, including the 2023 Gabelli School of Business Dean’s Award for Impact and the 2024 Fordham University Distinguished Research Award for Interdisciplinary Studies. She earned her Ph.D. from Stevens Institute of Technology.
