I founded AI Ager because I kept seeing the same pattern: companies investing in AI and getting little return on it. Not because the technology doesn't work, but because implementation was failing, not technology.

My background spans sales strategy, innovation management, and organizational change. I have a PhD and have spent years studying how organizations actually adopt new ways of working, and what makes change stick versus stall.

AI Ager works with two types of clients: B2B sales leaders who need a specific workflow redesigned around AI, and innovation leaders who need to accelerate ideation and structured problem-solving. Both tracks are grounded in the same principle: measure the before, define the output, hand off something the team can run independently.

Our Approach

We don't sell AI transformation. We solve specific problems. Every engagement starts with a baseline measurement, targets one clearly-defined workflow, and ends with a documented process your team owns. No open-ended retainer, no black-box methodology, no dependency on us to keep things running.

We work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure every engagement gets rigorous attention. If the timing isn't right, we'll tell you, and we can get you on the list for when capacity opens.
